What started as a dream for the Roskelley family many years ago, is now a reality! Roscoe’s was established on March 1, 2021. Roscoe’s is a small family-owned business located in the Horn Rapids Business Complex. The name “Roscoes” was a nickname given to owners; Dad- John, and sons Chris and Paul while they were growing up. The Roskelley family started their coffee journey in 1997 with the parent company Treasure Valley Coffee creating handcrafted- locally roasted blends for a local gourmet line of coffee.

We are passionate about providing our customers with the best quality coffee in the industry. We are constantly sample roasting the crops of beans we contract. We complete a ‘cupping’ to ensure they are the quality we are looking for. We pride ourselves on purchasing grade 1 arabica coffee beans from every growing region in the world, Indonesia, Africa, Central and South America.

We put a personal touch of love and care into every cup of coffee we make. Whether you are enjoying an espresso from our café or enjoying a cup of coffee from home we feel comfort knowing that we were involved throughout the entire process of your hand-crafted beverage.
